The Intellectual Property Rights in any work created by One28 in the course of providing Services to the Client shall remain the property of One28 unless otherwise agreed in writing. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where One28 is registered. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
Changes to Terms
One28 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
